Dear Mom and Dad,

You always seem to ask me what Snowball is. Most of the time it is so hard to explain that I just... can't! Snowball is fun. Snowball is magical. Snowball is a group of teens (and crazy teen-like adults) who come together as one big family. We have chosen to be drug free and being in Snowball, it helps that someone else can support you with your decision. Snowball helps when we get pressured to do drugs because you know that when you say no, you're not alone.

It's not all about the drugs either. It is called Snowball because if one person can make a positive impact on someone, and then they have a positive impact on someone else..the effect snowballs. That is who we are and what we stand for. The friendships built in Snowball are so special that we know that we can rely on anyone there to help us.

The weekends that we go on are the most amazing things. We dance, we sing, we run and we find who we are and what we might just stand for in this crazy mixed up world. Thanks to you for letting me go. I love you Mom and Dad, and you seeing how much of an impact Snowball has on my life, you should join me. The weekend is so amazing and getting the chance to share it with you would mean the world to me.

I love you!
